S4 E17 features Monte Mast and Drew Dickey from The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps. Monte Mast is the Executive Director of The Cavaliers AP&E, Inc, the parent organization of The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, Chromium Winds, King Cobras Drumline, and GearWorks Educational Programs located in Rosemont, IL. Christopher Drew Dickey serves as Associate Director of the Longhorn Band and on the conducting faculty of the Butler School of Music at The University of Texas at Austin, where he is currently completing his Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Wind Conducting. In addition to this appointment, Mr. Dickey serves as the Brass Caption Coordinator with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps from Rosemont, Illinois.

Most recently, THS was features as a Best Practice for Music Education at the 2018 Audio Engineering Society High School Educators Conference.

With his innate curiosity and self-starter mentality, he has been extremely successful in blazing a trail in music education.
